NearSource, Inc and Loudcastle formed a partnership to create Aimsware solutions. Aimsware provides Lead Verification and Management solutions for companies that either purchase a lot of leads or distribute a lot of leads to different clients. A SaaS (Software As A Service) system was created that allows users to setup multiple lead campaigns each with it's own custom rules and distribution methods. Leads can be posted to popular CRM systems such as SugarCRM and Salesforce, to propietary lead post/CRM systems and/or via other methods such as FTP, Email, HTTP Post and other methods. Aimsware provides an online lead management interface where users can track how many successful leads were submitted for each campaign by each lead source and for each recipient or lead distribution group. There are several different reports available so users can analyze which campaigns are more successful, which lead sources have a better conversion rate, and which sources provide higher quality leads.

Besides the online lead management portal, NearSource developed a Web Service that allows lead sources and vendors to submit leads via SOAP and XML in an automated fashion and in real time. Leads are processed and verified (checking to see if lead name, phone and address match), and based on the lead score, leads are accepted or rejected. Accepted leads are then distributed to the preset destinations based on the lead criteria. Some users setup different agent pools for different quality leads (i.e. better leads are sent to the better sales agents). The web service also provides other different operations for different type of campaigns and requirements that some clients may need, such as lead resubmissions, lead returns and more. Another popular service is the "email append" service which attempts to find an email address for each lead that doesn't have an email address. If a matching email address is found, then it's appended to the lead and distributed.

The online lead management portal also offers a manual lead review option so that users can review rejected leads, edit them as needed and then submit to the correct recipient based on campaign. The scoring criteria for accepting and rejecting leads can also be edited. Lead sources can be configured, disabled and enabled, distribution rules can be changed, campaigns can be turned off and more. The portal also offers an interface for lead sources so they can review reporting for their submitted leads and see how many were accepted and rejected.

This lead management solution is currently being used by several different types of industries, from Online Colleges, Diabetic Supplies to Healthcare providers. NearSource is responsible for managing and updating the web service, lead management portal and data infrastructure behind it (servers, databases, security, etc).  NearSource also provides all data and reports necessary for monthly billing to the system's clients.
